Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom apparel.

No Refunds on Custom Orders

   •   Custom apparel cannot be refunded once production has started or the item has been completed.
   •   This policy applies to all custom jackets, vests, patches, embroidery, printing, and apparel services.

Exchange Policy

•   If an issue arises related to workmanship or approved specifications, MD CUSTOMS APPAREL may offer an exchange for a different custom item of equal value.
   •   Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by MD Customs.
